"The parking is horrible they don’t have enough parking space for every room so it’s first come first serve. They give you a street parking pass but still charge you 20$ a day for parking. If you try to park in the street good luck you will be driving for an hour trying to find something especially if it’s a holiday weekend I got there early and paid early check in and wasted my whole day trying to find parking. "We stayed in the motel. The room was not cleaned properly. The window coverings were not conducive to sleeping. The outside lights shone in bc they were not room darkening. Room 106 smelled of urine and mildew and the AC needs to be checked. It was not blowing cool air. Our room access code was not sent for “contactless entry” beforehand but it was given to us pretty quickly in the office. Parking was easily available. Pool area was nice and seemed well maintained."

"Nice place for a weekend stop in Cape May. They provide beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach badges for guests out front which was very helpful. Biggest plus is the free golf cart rides to nearby locations. Drivers add a personal touch. Hotel could be updated but not a bad experience overall. Can by loud from the music at the restaurant. Fun place overall and close to the shopping spots."

"It’s an aging facility that is very well maintained. Everything was clean. We enjoyed the shuffle board. We had to google the rules. It’s a fun and simple game and I liked that they had it set up on the deck in the shade where we could enjoy being outside in the breeze but without being pummeled by the sun. Really appreciates the family vibe. We asked for no room service during our stay but I was grateful they left a bag of clean replacement towels outside our door."

"I stayed one night during my first trip to Cape May, and I was happy with my stay at Icona. The room was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, the bed was so comfy, and the location was great. I would stay there again."

"The pool and the shower are great. It seems like they have done upgrades but they are not done with craftsmanship and things are literally falling apart. The grounds around the hotel are full of trash and they were removing trash while we were there. They scratched my car with the trash they were taking out. The parking is not the greatest but I will say with this being our second time staying here, it was better than last time. The staff is super friendly and helpful."

"We stayed in one of their two bedroom apartments around the motel. It was well furnished and included basic kitchen amenities. Rooms were good size and with comfortable beds. Waking distance to the boardwalk and bars and restaurants. We did not use the pool but it seemed clean. Bit on the pricey side compared to others but well worth it."
