"The hotel itself is pretty good. Room was clean and organized but, upon arrival only a lady which you can tell is the housekeeper gave us our rooms. I rented 2! On reception there was nobody for a long time. I wanted to ask about the tours. The man at the reception that showed up after said he had not clue about the tours. Beautiful property with so many places to relax, super aesthetically pleasing and a must stay at place if you’re visiting La Fortuna. It’s only a 6 min drive to the main strip in La Fortuna and if you decide to walk, you can get there in around 15 minutes.
