"Easy check in, easy check out. Plenty of space in the rooms and clean common spaces"

"The place was OK, but beware . . .Forgive me if I missed it, but no where on listing did the room choices mention that the bathrooms, & other facilities were communal. Thus our family room was a single room with a queen bed, 2 bunkbeds, and nothing else. There was heat in the room but no A/C, but it was warm the day we stayed, and even with the sliding door open we could get no breeze. Luckily it cooled down overnight. The queen mattress sagged terribly and my wife and I had a hard time...

"Nice place to stay, close to the lake with awesome views, easy walk to shops."

"This is a hostel even though Expedia doesn’t call it a hostel. If you re getting a private room you are subsidizing the people sleeping in bunk rooms and you are overpaying. Our room was listed as a king bed but it was not. There was no drawers or places to put your clothes or your suitcase. Our room was insanely overpriced for what was effectively a 10’x 10’ room with no place to put anything."

"The room is equipped with a heating system but lacks air conditioning; therefore, I would not recommend this accommodation to others in the hot weather."

"The staff was very professional and helpful in allowing us to heck in early with our luggage so we could enjoy our one day in Christchurch. Overall very good experience with hotel except for very noisy upstairs guests."

"Grear location, excellent facilities, playground and rude-ins for the kids, friendly atmosphere"

"New Room. Good staffs. Easy to contact. My room near to the road, not that quiet but still good. Thanks"

"Good quality property and lovely owner"

"Found some hair i the bathroom, otherwise clean"

"Great location in the city centre. Close to everything. The lady on reception was very helpful and accommodating with all of our many questions. The cleaning staff were also very nice. The rooms are very clean, a good size with a comfortable bed. We really didn’t have much time to enjoy the facilities but we did check out the rooftop bar. Very nice. Since we were leaving early in the morning before the breakfast opened, the hotel delivered a cold boxed meal to us the night before. Highly...

"Very clean, great parking and lovely kitchen. Staff friendly"

"Great"

"Booked several rooms for myself and colleagues for a few nights, and we were all very impressed. The hotel was spotlessly clean, comfortable and excellent value for money. What really stood out was the staff — every member of the team was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. A great experience all round, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Highly recommended!"
