"For a luxury hotel we expected to have a microwave in the room. parking in the hotel garage is 70$ , if you use 1 bottle of water left in the room that is 3$. There is a surcharge of 20+$ for just being there."

"No complaints about this facility"

"Had a room with a balcony overlooking the pools, was clean and quiet and a quick walk to the pools. No robes in our rooms and was a long wait for housekeeping to bring them up and she was a bit rude and my husbands robe was child size. There was also no towels available for the pools. This is the only time we have had a hiccup and have stayed her numerous times."

"There is no smart tv the hotel is very very old Some if the ice and vending machine is not working . Just be sure when you booked its not FALLS VIEW it a REVIER VIEW which is totally different"

"I had a wonderful time there. The view from the room was gorgeous, and it was worth it, with several food options, including Starbucks in the lobby and a hotel restaurant."
