"Due to unseasonably warm weather for the end of March in Toronto, our room was uncomfortably hot. No air conditioning was available but we opened a small window and the suite eventually cooled off. Otherwise comfortable bed and hearty hot buffet breakfast."

"We had vip access through Expedia, had an early check in and Harbour front room upgrade. Staff was amazing and accommodating. The hotel itself is a tad rundown and older. But it was clean, safe and beds were comfortable. Would stay again. Great location. "

"Not possible to leave luggage during 1 day despite the fact that a luggage room was present. Breakfast begin at 07.30 am !... and not possible to take out of eating-room a sandwich because we have to leave for airport at 07h40. Realy no customer oriented behaviour from front desk manager. A disaster ... !"

"Very kind staff and super helpful and patient, tha location is perfect, minutes from Eaton Centre and close to many restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed our stay even though it was one night. This hotel is also so kids friendly, it's very rare to find a hotel suitable for adults AND kids especially downtown Toronto. Will be back for sure !"
