"Check in is a bit of a wait as it is quite a large hotel, so be prepared for about a 30 minute wait in line minimum. Other than that the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was astounding and the view was the best I’ve had in Niagara Falls by far. Ice machines are on every floor. The hotel is remarkably clean. Parking was expensive onsite (90 dollars after tax). Would recommend parking offsite for 10 bucks as a much cheaper option. All in all it was a beautiful hotel and we were very happy...

"Ein wirklich besonderes Hotel. Es zwar kein eigenen Parkplatz aber es gibt genug Möglichkeiten in der unmittelbaren Nähe. Tolles Erlebnis mit tollem Blick.Restaurant abends ist sehr zu empfehlen auch wenn auf preislich hohem Niveau.Dafür hat man eine grandiose Aussicht."

"Room was very small and tight despite it being called a “ superior” room. However it was clean. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Staff really stood out. Breakfast buffet was good with a lot of variety. "

"The AC only had heat for some reason so it was super warm until I asked for help and they provided a fan."

"Lovely stay in Banff! The hot tub was incredible, the cave was very unique and the lights at night were the best part. We stayed in a superior room with balcony that overlooked Tunnel Mountain! Also great to be on top of Chilis. One of the best stays we’ve had in awhile! Plus free bus passes made getting to the attractions very easy. "

"The shower was extremely small. I am only 5 ft but my husband is 6ft and it was difficult for him to move around. The bed was comfortable, but the blanket or comforter was really thin."

"Warning- if you book this hotel you will receive a phone call one day ahead of your stay that they cannot accommodate you anymore and you will be moved to another hotel far away from the falls. So it’s your call if you want to pay extra for the view you won’t get. Terrible experience."

"The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. They accommodated early/late check in/out to the room and parking. The hotel was clean and the amenities were great. The hotel was close to lots of restaurants and activities. Overall a great experience. I would definitely recommend and rebook this hotel in the future."

"Excellent room. Male manager would not honour the extra food perk that was given by a female manager earlier on May 12 to make up for errors on check-in on May 11. He treated me like I was lying and obviously didn’t have any respect for me because I’m an older woman."

"Restaurant on site is amazing. All the staff I encountered were great and accommodating. Amenities were kind of on the meh side as I went to go use the gym and a couple of the machines would not power on also, the indoor hot tub was not working in the indoor pool. I have stayed here before and I will definitely stay here again, this is my second visit to the location. Thanks for everything!"
