"Great stay"

"We were given an upgrade to a one bedroom with full kitchen and living area . Very much appreciated. The only issue we found was that the air conditioner was very loud and kept us awake at night . When watching TV you needed to turn the volume up very loud to hear it over the noise of the blowing . The room was very well kept , it was fully stocked for anything you needed in the kitchen , and they gave complimentary tea and coffee for the coffee maker and kettle . There were ample towels in...

"From check in to checkout Staff was very helpful and kind, the room and public areas were all very clean, the view from the Riverview premium room was fantastic, the pool and hottub were both at great temperatures towels readily available and pool deck was clean, amazing location within walking distance to attractions, the falls and the Casino, fair price, mini fridge was large enough to hold a couple wine bottles and left overs, overall very impressed and will definitely book again when i...

"There is no smart tv the hotel is very very old Some if the ice and vending machine is not working . Just be sure when you booked its not FALLS VIEW it a REVIER VIEW which is totally different"

"The location is second to none .However, I've been going there periodically for the last 25 years. And nothing has changed in the gym. Machines are horrible, half of them are broken. One working cardio machine , which is barely working and the carpet , smells. Seems like they are fairly busy. However , put very little money into upgrading t v's, Patio furniture or fitness equipment"

"Awesome stay."

"Our room was very spacious and clean. The family had a fantastic time at the water park riding the slides and battling the waves in the wave pool. So much fun! Staff were on alert at all times ensuring everyone’s safety in the water or on the rides. Entertainment continued on with magic wands and completing the challenges in order to solve the puzzles. Wonderful place to stay!"

"The staff is always very helpful. Our room is always clean and the property easier to navigate through and enjoy. It's the best place to stay to see Niagara Falls. We always stay in the King Superior room over looking the Falls. We've stayed there multiple times and can't wait to go back"
