"Solid and good hyatt in an interesting new university town development. A small but good selection of shops, bars, and pizza in the square nearby, along with the hotels own bar/restaurant. Great shuttle bus to town and close to the park and ride, makes it a great place to stay and relax. Presented good value for money on accomdation, didn't eat there. Handy fridge in room helped too. "

"We stayed here over a bank holiday weekend for Spa break. We were disappointed with immediately after arrival on the day, were shown the leisure/spa facilities of the hotel, which we thought was the spa in the pics, we were not advised otherwise. Spoiler alert, the actual spa isn’t in the same premises, the one on the premises is pretty much like a local leisure centre with tired facilities. We only found the next day that we had to leave the premises to go to the actual spa after my husband...
