"Accommodation very clean and well equipped, in need of some tlc paintwork very damaged ,beds very comfortable we all slept well . Food in the restaurant really good ,its a shame the bar area is open very limited times so if you wanted a drink or a coffee only available when restaurant open ,nothing else close without a good 15 to 20 min drive.Good pools but awful smell in the changing rooms ."

"What a terrible mistake! We booked a family suite with 3 king size beds, on arrival the receptionist ( older lady) asked if we were only 2 and then downgraded us to a room like garage maisonette with 1 queen wonky bed and a queen pull out sofa!!!!! Nothing could be changed because they’d given out all of the others and the younger receptionist commented that she would pay full price for a room that she didn’t book and that wa also filthy!!!! Cobwebs, dust , peeling wallpaper, stone like cellar...

"The property is centrally located and is right adjacent to the main square and restaurants. Rooms were well appointed, modern and very clean. The morning buffet breakfast was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful."

"Charming older hotel with lots of historical ambience. Very unique rooms that give an old-world feel. I will definitely stay here again. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. They welcomed the guests with a complimentary bottle of sparkly Normandy cider. Breakfast was delicious and a great start to the day in the well-appointed Breakfast Room. Located an easy walk to the restaurants and the Cathedral, as well as the Tapestry Museum. Kudo's the St. Patrice!!!"

"We really enjoyed our stay here. We came into Bayeux for a Normandy tour. The hotel is centrally located; an easy walk to the town center, the train station, and the pick up location for the tours. The staff was super friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The breakfast was amazing. All the food was freshly cooked and there was a wide variety of food options. Nothing like a homemade breakfast to start the day. If you have the chance stay here; we recommend this hotel without...

"Beautiful view and great location. Very helpful, friendly staff. Hotel restaurant is excellent also. Would highly recommend."

"Très bel accueil, bon petit déjeuner, spa propre et bien équipé. Un peu à l'écart du centre ville (20min à pied donc très raisonnable) mais au calme et en bord de mer. Très bonne literie!"

"The breakfast and dinner good quality! My room on back side had two large cows and two beautiful horses looking over a hedge fence. It was like being on a farm."

"The property was well maintained and the room was spacious and updated. The staff was friendly and helpful, and our dinner at the restaurant was excellent. Overall, a great place to stay."

"I liked the location and the surroundings, the chief Concierge's superior efficiency in arranging difficult reservations at the full racecourse restaurant, however not the lack of pragmatisme to solve a minor issue in the overall scheme of things: I had two bookings , 1 day followed by 3 days consecutively, the 4 days warranting free breakfasts - the hotel refused on the basis that this did not represent a four day reservation!!? Sunday dinner was disgusting, four Veal dishes were overgrilled...

"Incredibly small rooms and uncomfortable beds that crinkle when you move. Good breakfast and good location and parking if you have a car."

"Great hotel. Literally 1/2 a block from main street cafes/bistros. Within 3 blocks of multiple wonderful restaurants. Breakfast buffet is good, not exactly great but we went every day. Parking on site for 15 euros a day but worth it. Def will go back"

"Sehr schöne Lage in einem herrlichen Parkgelände."
