"The food was great, the room was excellent, and the bar was super. The pools and pool bar were great, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The entertainment was enjoyable, and the singer was excellent. Overall, we had a wonderful stay."

"Bel hotel au centre de Cadix Très propre Personnel serviable Déjeuner excellent"

"Lovely little place - I liked my juliet balcony overlooking the street activity and the rooftops. Great location, easy walk to all of the old town. Quiet, older refurbished room. Nice rooftop terrace with bar. Front desk was helpful. They reserved a parking spot for me about 1.5 blocks away (smaller cars only). My only complaint was that there was no place to put the luggage. There was an armoire, but the safe was exactly in the middle of its shelf. I used the other side of the bed, but if there...

"Not used to cold breakfast from the bacon to the the eggs"

"The location was in the heart of the city walking distance from restaurants and bars. Foot traffic only in the area. The front door is in an alley 200’ off the main walkway. Walking distance to the cruise ships. Very safe area."

"Didn’t have a 4* feel. Felt very tired/outdated in need of some refurbishment especially rooms. Bereakfast very average. Pool/terrace overlooking the sea was probably the best aspect and without that not sure I’d have given the 3* rating. Downstairs felt like a conference facility and cafe/bar open to the public at the rear. It didn’t feel cosy. Parking was very convenient under the hotel"

"Comfortable and clean room. Nice ambience. Great location. Breakfast was OK, good selections"

"I love this hotel, I have been twice and both times it has been amazing!"

"Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmnnnnnnnnnnnn"

"Great breakfast and amazing beach, but lots of not so great things: airco not working, heated pool not so heated and the Spa? Well, the pictures are unfortunately from a different hotel. You can go there, but it is full, so you cannot go there. What a joke!"

"The hotel was beautiful but after a long day exploring we arrived back to find the pool and hot tub closed. 7:00 pm closure seems early. That was a huge disappointment."

"The staff was a great help to us. We had to move rooms and they went out of their way to make this happen. The breakfast buffet was excellent, the pool was refreshing and we enjoyed our stay very much."

"ByPillow is an excellent small hotel for short trips. Front Desk is managed 24/7 (and thank God...we could never get the front door to open with the code). You use a code to get into the hotel and into your room, so no key/card to worry about. Room is small but that was expected. The room includes free, UNLIMITED drinking water, which is VERY helpful in the summer heat. Room was clean, with a comfy bed, and A/C worked amazing. Bathroom was very good. Our room window was toward the street and we...
