"Dingy in need up update. Bed feels like im sleeping on ground. The room has a pungent smell ."

"Beautiful clean property. Nice size room with a modern bathroom and an outdoor balcony with a beautiful view. Nice restaurant serving an excellent breakfast!"

"The staff and location were great. Plus it was very clean"

"The room was clean and nice. The hotel location was convenient. However, the parking situation was poor. The front parking was completely full and the back parking area was dark, deserted and a long way from the front desk. The television in the room was old and did not function properly. The hotel had a bar but no liquor license."

"Checked in on time and given room key. Upon arrival bed was stripped and needed to be made. Room was reasonably clean, but mattress was rock hard. Would not stay again."

"Un bel endroit reposant ! Superbe chambre, très propre et personnel agréable. Dans le Peddler's Village en octobre c'était l'idéal ! Tout est décoré avec soin."

"I had 2 rooms, both flush and sink were not working properly, toilet was not clean (kinda cracked room 224 & 225, bathrooms really need some serious upgrade. Showers you can barely get the right temperature, spending $500+ for one night in two rooms and getting this kind of room condition is unacceptable. Hotel also need to get rid of the old worn out towels, as they are harmful for your body."

"Room was great. Friendly staff."

"Loved staying here! We stayed for my friend's 40th birthday celebration. Spent the evening in New Hope which was only 20-25 mins away. Although we did not get to try the dinner at the restaurant, we had the brunch and it was ONE of the best I have ever had. I can't stop raving about it. I told my husband I want to come back just for the brunch!! Staff was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend."

"Great"

"From check in until check out the experience was FANTASTIC"

"We had a great time and the staff are amazing! Well maintained. Excellent breakfast as well and I do really recommend this stay if you go to Sesame Place it is walkable."

"We liked everything about the Black Bass Hotel-we couldn’t be happier about our stay"
