"Great location. Rooms were a bit tired. Our room had tea and coffee facilities in a cupboard next to the window. Over this cupboard there was a television. It was very difficult to access the tea and coffee area. It was very dark and the kettle couldn't be moved. The furniture looked very tired. We had a room on the 3rd floor so it was quiet. We didn't use any of the other facilities. We would probably stay in this location again if we visited Brussels again."

"Great property"

"Racist staff checked that"

"Centrally located - a few steps from Grand Place, Les Galeries Royales Saint-Hubert and Gare de Bruxelles-Central. Decent breakfast and helpful staff. I have an abstract art view from my window - but I didn’t mind since it’s a place to rest tired feet, and if I want a view, I just stepped out of the hotel’s front door onto lively Rue du Marché."

"Excellent property. It’s just that it does good 7 to 9 minutes. Walk from grand Place. If you don’t mind being a little further away than this was a fantastic hotel."

"We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel, and overall everything was good. The room was comfortable, the service was nice, and we enjoyed our stay. The only area that could be improved is the breakfast. We stayed for 6 days, and unfortunately, the food selection was almost the same every day. We would have appreciated more variety and some changes in the daily options, especially for guests staying for several nights. Overall, we had a good experience and would consider staying again, but...
