"This hotel is wonderful. My family and I really enjoyed this being our home base throughout our trip. The proximity to Boulder and the airport was perfect. The accommodations were really nice. The large lounge area felt like a large cozy living room. I enjoyed going down early in the morning, grabbing a coffee, and reading while my family was still sleeping. "A large group of us stayed here for a graduation at CU. It was a beautiful location was a gorgeous mountain view, and had very large public space (including the kitchen) in the house-- great for parties. The house is about 20 mins from Boulder and 35 mins from Denver or the airport. It is was perfect for us that none of the bedrooms are designed for children (no bunk or twin beds -- all queen or king). The master suite is fabulous."
