"Facility is close to BC place; convenient for watching special events. The room is well prepared upon check-in and staff is amazing on giving service. Will book again here."

"Clean room"

"No baños en los cuartos , solo por piso sin estacionamiento"

"The staff were extremely kind and helpful during our stay. They even helped keep our bags safe as we waited for our ferry back home, which was much appreciated. The rooms were very clean, and I enjoyed the commitment to being environmentally friendly. I would have liked to know the water filling amenities as it wasn't listed nor was it communicated. Instructions for the nespresso machine and a few more options for its uses would have been nice as well. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the staff...

"Everything was great. We were there for a very short stay. The room was comfortable and clean. The location was perfect. Price was good. We will definitely come back here the next time we come to town."

"Rooms getting run down. Check in painfully slow. Convenient for a quick stop for airport access, not much else."

"the rooms are very clean and breakfast was hot with alot of choices"

"綺麗でした。ただロッカーは無く、部屋も狭いので荷物の置き場所に少し困りました。 コーヒー紅茶が飲めるのがありがたかったです。 朝の出発が早かったのもあり朝ごはんが食べられなかったのは残念でした。 2段ベッドの上の段だったが隙間があり、下の段階に財布を落としてしまった。 下の人が寝ていたのでとても気まずかったが、手を伸ばせば取れたので何とかなった。"

"I would recommend, i have stayed here many times over the years. rooms need some tlc but overall a good hotel. its a good location at the very south end of the lower village and ideal to go skiing and biking on the mountain. Have Fun!"

"The hotel was great! The service was excellent, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others."

"Great experience. Clean, comfortable hotel located downtown very near to cafes, restaurants and a very nice mall. Staff are welcoming and very helpful. Flexible checkout upon request. Excellent overall"
