"It was okay for everything spending a night."

"Traveled here for a friend’s birthday. To this day, this is still the prettiest, nicest and fanciest hotel experience we ever had. Location is great of course in Coal Harbor. Our room had panoramic views of the city and a deep soaking tub. The “turn down” service they offered was also such a nice little treat that put smiles on our faces. We ordered room service for breakfast and food was wonderful and they kindly set it all up for us on nice portable tables even. Highly recommend this hotel for...

"The staff was nice, clean room"

"Love staying here!!!!"

"Great location if you are visiting the city for an event. Close to lots of cool shops and restaurants. Clean hotel that has been updated. Friendly staff."

"Was a great experience not complaints, got exactly what I expected."

Our rate included complimentary parking and breakfast, which added value. Most importantly, the service was lovely. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Unfortunately, the room itself was far too noisy for the price. It is located directly beneath the...

"Lovely spot, a bit dated but it's clean and great amenities. It does have bath tub in the bedroom which was a bit out of left field but still very good place to stay"
