There was some kind of promotional event on at the hotel and I found our service was impacted several times at the bar as clearly the staff were catering to what looked to be influencers or reviewers. Another example was that when I was waiting for my husband to complete a call in our room, I inquired about getting some food at the bar and was told they only offered room service, which could not be delivered to the tables in the courtyard -...

"Lots of stairs with no elevator. We know this is common for European countries but it wasn’t made well known. Close to everything including the market on Saturday. Loved this hotel and the town of Beaune"

On y retournera Merci Mama love you and We love Mama"

"Well located and friendly staff for travelers who wants a complete burgundy experience"

"It was a very good hotel and was close to the Main City Centre of Beaune. Staff was professional, had a great bar area, good food and a nearby Sophie's Bakery and great wine shop within 1 minute walk. On site parking was great as we had a rental car. Overall, really liked the hotel, its location and the ambiance."

"Great property!"

"We weren’t sure about the location as we arrived as it was close to the motorway, but we didn’t hear any traffic. It’s a lovely building and well maintained and the lady on reception and serving dinner was just so friendly and welcoming. She served us cheese, bread and meats and we loved it. Room was great, good air-con. Would stay again."
