"The property was well maintained and clean. The manager was helpful. The portal to invite guests was weird, it says you could, but you couldn't. Really nice pool and beach area. The bar and restaurant were not completed and during the day you could hear construction. All in all, really nice apartment and property."

"I really like the stay . The service was nice"

"Little mishaps here and there but I would recommend this hotel and definitely stay here again."

"Property will not answer your messages nor will will they accommodate you switching dates."

"Club staff, lobby bar staff very gracious and attentive. Khadijah, Jose, Jorge/"

"Amazing property, it’s well located when it comes to being across the beach and a mall right next door. If you are trying to get to the Historic Center which is where most activities happen you will have to Uber, the favorable thing is that Uber is extremely affordable. I also spent some days at Osh hotel in the Getsemaní area and I would prefer to stay in Hyatt because of the great facility and convenience. "The staff were very friendly and helpful"

"The property it’s very good"

"La estancia en el Sofitel Legend Santa Clara fue muy buena en general. El hotel es hermoso, tiene una ubicación privilegiada y ofrece una experiencia que destaca por su historia y encanto. Al finalizar una estancia de 4 noches y 5 días, nos presentaron una hoja solicitando una propina de aproximadamente 462.000 pesos colombianos (unos 146 USD o $2,700 MXN), una cantidad excesiva que contrasta con la elegancia y el nivel del hotel....

"The breakfast was really good. Although the hotel is beach front those are for residents only. The hotel is old and smells moldy. It was in desperate need of repair. The staff were kind and helpful. It should be rated a 2.5-3 star hotel. Also, it is a distance from the Malecon and walled city, so keep that in mind. Ending on a positive note the breakfast was good."
