"Beautiful site, property in state of disrepair
pathways dangerous, lighting broken or missing, pools not maintained properly, restaurants not open, no ice machines, no vending machines, no staff to show you way to rooms, lack of interest period.
referred to as dormitory for airport workers
this site should not be recommended to vacationers"

"My partner and I stayed at Royal Palms for a few days over Christmas and loved it. The staff were so kind, attentive and helpful. The food at Palamino was great, property was safe and quiet, and was an easy walk over to Hamilton / Front Street. We had a wonderful, relaxing time and will definitely be back! "
