"Good value for money"

"Went midweek and it was very haphazard, yes there was a schedule of entertainment but no it wasn’t followed. Got pizza delivered in the evening. There was very little choice in the park itself for food and coffee even harder to come by. The room itself was grand - the treasure hunt a highlight."

"Front desk was topnotch ."

"Access to transport was very good"

"unique hotel in close proximity to Windsor castle. services and employees very helpful"

"Run down hotel in need of modernisation"

"The Windsor Castle Hotel was charming. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was only fair. We did not find the breakfast buffet very appealing."

"Staff"

"Very average and dated hotel. Room was clean, but had a musty odor. Bed was old and sagged with probably a few broken springs. This could be room dependent but definitely a negative. Overall this place was just ok - nothing really terrible but also nothing amazing."

"Beautiful surroundings. The staff were very friendly, made is feel very welcome. Great food in both restaurants - good vegetarian options. Great cocktails. Comfy bed, good shower. Expensive, but this was a birthday treat :)"

"Location was great and the view of the castle from our room was magical. The parking instructions were not abundantly clear, and I could not get the discount code to work but the car park was reasonably convenient compared to everything else in the UK."

"Excellent hotels, but showing signs of poor maintenance and attention to detail. Sauna a few cm's deep in water. Air conditioning units were very dirty (had to turn the one off in my room as it smelled very bad."

"Nice clean hotel with good service"
