"Staff courteous and professional. Location and amenities what I need. Free parking and breakfast. Bed and pillows heavenly"

"A more timely response to messages. I was delayed while traveling in and my guests had arrived. I sent a message via the app to allow my guest to check in which wasn’t honored! They had to wait until I arrived hours later! Unacceptable!"

"Although, the property was impressive, I was not too thrilled with the front desk agents that worked on the weekend of October 24th & 25th(day shift). They were both rather rude when I inquired about the service policy. I decided to sleep in on Saturday & due to it being 3pm, I was unable to have my room cleaned. This being a Titanium Elite Member with Bonvoy! However, I wish I would have asked the front agents name that checked me in on Friday night. He was rather pleasant & accommodating."

"Everything was perfect!"

"The hotel was decent overall, but there were a few noticeable issues with parking and room cleanliness. While the cleanliness concerns were not major, we did notice that the window gaps had not been cleaned thoroughly, as there were dead bugs and dust present. Additionally, the bathroom panel was loose or undone, and we were unsure whether it had been left that way by housekeeping or if there was an underlying maintenance issue. "The room was clean and spacious, and free parking was a plus. The only few cons that I had was the early cleaning services starting at 8am and our room had a few items missing in the bathroom area. But overall, we enjoyed our stay."

"The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, Dezy was working tje graveyard shift and gave some great food tips!! Would stay again."

"Unfortunately, this hotel was pretty disappointing. The entire property felt very dated and run-down, and the room was noticeably worn and in desperate need of some updates. The hallways were also extremely loud, which made it difficult to relax and enjoy a peaceful stay. The complimentary breakfast was another letdown. The selection and overall quality left a lot to be desired, and it was easily one of the more disappointing hotel breakfasts I’ve experienced. I understand this is a...

"Never got my security deposit back plus didn’t even stay the whole night bc the ac wasn’t working and the WiFi wasn’t working either"

"We ended up in a wheel chair accessible room which confused us at first. It ended up being okay, but the way the bathroom was was strange. Staff was nice and friendly! Location was great as well."

"All very excellent"

"The hotel is comfortable enough but very dated and in need of updates. Breakfast was good."
