"The property needs to be updated. My wife and I love the staff and Dante specifically is amazing and goes above and beyond. The cleaning crew is also very nice and amazing. This is on the property itself. The hotel was at full capacity and we had no water pressure or hot water. It smells like mildew everywhere and the rooms are falling apart. The AC is held together by tape. I stay there because it is convenient for my family. But I cannot stay any longer until this is updated."

"The staff was able to tell me where MSG was."

"perfect location, big room and easy check in/out"

"Excellent location, wonderful breakfast buffet, friendly staff"

"Property is located in a great area close to museum and Central Park with a number of excellent restaurants in the area"

"All great"

"The hotel has an excellent location, spacious rooms, friendly staff, and fast elevators. Housekeeping was also good. However, the rooms are outdated, the furniture and bathrooms need renovation, the carpet had an unpleasant smell, and the lighting was poor. There was also some minor noise. Considering the high price, the overall experience was disappointing. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again."

"The rooms didn’t even have any closet space not even a drawer"

"Friendly Staff. Quick check in. Decent free breakfeast although range was limited however saves you a small fortune in NYC. Rooms clean and well maintained. Very quite cant here any noise from hotel or times square. Roof top bar we would have liked to visit however found out on site no children. We avoided the lift from 8am and all was fine, heard its a nightmare at peak times. Go for breakfeast early and straight out. Great location would recommend."
