"Racist staff checked that"

"This hotel boasts an excellent location within a city like Ostend. The rooms are notably spacious, well-maintained, and clean. The reception staff are highly informative and articulate, explaining details clearly. Furthermore, the restaurant personnel exhibit great professionalism, and the food quality is outstanding."

"Great location"

"The staff was inflexible on policies. The room was very clean. We didn’t like it for the comfort level (basic)."
