"Good. Not amazing. But cheaper price. Bed was very comfortable. Good breakfast. The curtains in our room were ripped."

"It was acceptable."

"There is no refrigerator in the room and walls were very thin."

"Good"

"This was one of the best stays I had on my 3 week trip! Everyone was very kind and helpful. The restaurant on the roof top was excellent. The rooms were very clean! Very nice place to stay."

"The room was ok but it had someone's sticker on the bathroom door jam, some of the ceiling tiles were not laying flat (that's kinda creepy) the pool was not usable it was so green that you could not see the bottom, It needed to be covered. Short staffed i guess so our room was not ready at check in time."

"It was overall a nice place to stay. It was right next to the highway and was loud all night. I know that’s beyond the control of the staff. But was a bit distracting."

"The pillows were amazing! I really, really want these for my home! The bed was so very comfortable, and the room was clean. It was quiet, I slept well. The shower was nice and clean, too. We utilized the iron and the hair-dryer, and the in-room coffee maker, too, thank you! (I always bring my own ground coffee, just need to remember to bring a coffee filter.) Owners/managers were on sight and available. I had arrived close to midnight, and the lobby had a kiosk where you interact with...

"The staff was very pleasant. The breakfast was good. Coffee all throughout was amazing."

"Would stay again10+++++++"

"This property could be a great place to stay, both location and the historic vibe it gives. It honestly just needs some upgrades and it could be one of the best in Lynchburg. It looks like someone has just recently begun doing a few things to update and make it a great place. Carpet in the room I was in needs to be replaced. The entire hotel had an “old smell” to it that rivals my grandmother’s house but it was even worse in my room. The hotel was clean though. The elevators have wood walls,...

"The parking was great but the property is in serious need of a renovation. It is obviously neglected and falling apart. The first room we were assigned had a badly stained bedskirt the carpet was stained and frayed and there was no phone and the TV did not work. The tub was rusted out by the drain and the undermounted sink was hanging off the countertop. The shower rod was broken. All the doors had stains and watermarks. We did ask for a room change and the room was better but still not good. I...

"Very good choice for those in wheelchair."

"Room was clean as expected. Overall a nice property and a good stay. Question to management was addressed promptly and resolved quickly. Minor issues include extremely loud bathroom fan, extremely loud and clunky AC unit. On arrival, a group, including their dog, was camping out/lying down in the lobby watching TV. A bit strange."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would stay at this location again."
