"great"

"We were given a room that had a sewage smell in the bathroom—it was clean but the smell came from the plumbing. The Hauptbahnhof location was full so we got a very nice room in the Stachus Cocoon hotel nearby. Everyone was helpful, the room was great, and we enjoyed our complimentary breakfast,"

"High quality hotel with welcoming and friendly staff. Great location in Old Town close to everything. Ayinger beer on tap and from the barrel was amazing. Unique place to stay in the heart of historic Old Town. Room was elegant, clean, quiet and comfortable. I had their breakfast on my last day and it was well presented and had many options. The team staffing the breakfast was charming and attentive. Thank you Platzl staff for a great stay in Munich!"

Matratze viel zu weich, Kissen zu weich u kein zweites, Kein Safe im Zimmer!!! Keine Klimaanlage"

"Upon arrival I was told there were no rooms and I would have to go to another hotel, it took close to 10 mins for the receptionist to even ask my name, at which point she was able to find my booking. It's worth noting, it was only whan I pointed out that I had made a booking for 5 nights that she even bothered to check.we witnessed other people have the same issue during our time there.rooms are alright. No drink making facilities were available in the room.towels are really small and could do...
