"Comfortable, lovely large room with a huge bath and great toiletries. Wish we could have stayed longer."

"The room we had had 4 steps between the bedroom and bathroom without any handrails. The flooring also blended together and on a trip to the bathroom in the middle of the night, I missed the last stair and had a hard fall. Fortunately, I didn’t break any bones which I could have, but I would suggest railings to hold on to in the dark."

"Location was walkable to and from train station. We didn't spend much time in the area, was a stop over for us, but looked like the property was in a good location for access to city sights and restaurant options. Check in and out were easy using the instructions provided by the host."

"We loved our stay here. Perfect location to explore the city. The staff was wonderful and the hotel is very clean. Would highly recommend to others. Also very easy access to and from the train station."

"The motel one is right in the center of old town, with Basel Cathedral about two minutes away, the staff was helpful and the room was clean."

The only drawbacks were that the air conditioning was intermittent during our stay, and there was construction outside our window, which was a little noisy at times. Aside from those issues, everything else was great, and we would happily consider staying at Hotel D again when...
