"Ten nights with our family in August 2026. The setting is exceptional, no argument there, and it is the only thing that gave us no trouble. Fees that were never disclosed at booking were charged on arrival and presented as compulsory, which they were not. No proactivity afterwards: you have to chase the hotel yourself, several times, to get any answer. Technical problems at every level, in both rooms we stayed in: faulty room access, water cut off mid shower, damp and the smell that goes with...

"Everything at this hotel was amazing. The breakfast was great with beautiful outside seating, the room was comfortable with a great view and the hotel is situated with walking to the fortress and the small old town. The pool is so relaxing and the spa was very nice. I had a great massage also. A great stay!"

"On the surface, it appears beautiful but sadly the pools were dirty and in bad condition, the toilets nearest the pool were absolutely horrible. Breakfast was poor so sadly my 2nd booking on my return journey was cancelled and we booked elsewhere. The absolute highlight was the lasy who checked us in, what a delight!"

"Meine persönliche Erfahrung: an sich ein schönes Hotel in erster Reihe zum Strand. Allerdings wird wohl wenig Instandhaltung gemacht. In unserem Appartement z. B. Kaputter Toilettensitz, Fenstergriff, Duschkabine schummlig und kaum Geschirr in der Küche Es waren gerade mal 2 Weingläser da die bei Ankunft benutzt im Schrank standen!! Auf Hinweis, dass wir keine Gläser haben, bekamen wir dann 2! Gläser für 5 Personen. Täglich wurde der Müll in der Küche und im ersten Bad (aber nicht lm zweiten)...

"Sehr sauberes Recht neues Hotel mit sehr herzlichen Personal,die stets alles bestens in Ordnung halten. Die Damen morgens beim Frühstücksbuffet sind sehr freundlich und immer für Wünsche offen. Ebenfalls der junge Herr ,der Nachmittags am Pool Getränke und Essen zubereitet war äußerst hilfsbereit und freundlich! Zimmer sind sehr groß mit Terasse. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt! Ich würde das Hotel wieder buchen"
