"Told by staff to use the room safe for our valuables, however the room safe needed the batteries changed out... We let the desk know every day for 3 days of this... On our 3rd day we found our items in a drawer rearranged and 100.00 missing from an envelope."

"Room was smelling - asked for an upgrade even paying extra told us o well we don’t have anything take it or leave!! Wouldn’t help and send housekeeping after 1/2hr to clean the room !"

"Good vibes"

"Our personal assistant Manny was the best! He helped us with every big and small request, and he went out of his way to ensure we had a great celebration for our special occasions. He and the rest of the staff made the experience great!"

"All staff are amazing go above and beyond."

"We had the best experience as a family with a newly 4 year old. The staff were incredible! So many good food options. Entertaining shows! So much fun in the kidz zone and the pools. We can’t wait to come back."

"Very nice property"

"It’s a lovely resort. Extremely friendly staff. Very clean. Rooms are fabulous! Very spacious. Food was decent, not 5 star, but definitely far better than many all-inclusives. No children was lovely too! Very relaxing."

"Muy bien en todo"

"The property was nice. Our jacuzzi on our balcony had a discolored ring around it. The cabinet where the coffee maker is does not have a light so it’s hard to see what you’re doing. There were 2 tiny bottles of shampoo. The towels were rough, not soft and fluffy like you would expect. I guess the coffee and tiny shampoo bottles were supposed to be amenities. Room service; Ordered sandwiches and carrot cake. Literally, the carrot cake piece was 3” x 2”. Not full size meals like a would expect...

"Best hotel I been in very clean and organize"

"This property was horrible. Rooms smell like mold the air coming out the vent was horrible. There was no water or coffee makers in the room. I couldn’t even get my refund back after I complain about the issues. All inclusive was not great at all. That’s the price you pay when hotels are cheap."

"Our room and stay was perfectly suited for an r&r vacation. The private pool was the highlight, but the added service, and breakfast was also amazing. Would recommend this resort, and room to anyone."

"Everything is great , 7-10 mins walk to the marina and it’s directly on the beach with a free beds for tanito those people who lived in the hotel ."
