"Leider keine 5-Sterne-Erfahrung!

"Excellent location, super friendly staff and a beautiful and clean hotel, made for the perfect holiday. I will definitely come back to this hotel any chance I get!"

"This hotel was a beautiful property that was maintained very well. The staff were very friendly at all times, which makes your stay a lot better. The room we were in was spacious and very clean and the AC worked well. The pool area, also very nice!"

"Excellent staff"

"Clean but minimal. Not a 4 star hotel. Small, poorly laid out rooms. Amazing, helpful staff but overall, not worth it. Will avoid for future visits."

"The hotel was stylish, clean and well-located. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Staff was very informative. The indoor pool/spa area was beautiful and restful. Only complaints are that the steam room was out of service our entire stay and there weren’t enough towels supplied."

"The hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is also very good and convenient. The only small downside is the breakfast. There could be more variety, and the bread could be better. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and were happy with the service."

"Wonderful hotel from staff to rooms to dining."

"Firstly, I must say that the staff at the VIP Executive Azores Hotel is by far the most professional, helpful and friendly staff we've ever interacted with. Enrique at the reception desk was always helpful and ready to hear about our day. The hotel is perfectly situated to the City Centre, the harbour, the pineapple plantation and the botanical gardens. The restaurant...

"The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast in the morning had a lot of items to choose from. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We would stay here again."

"Great location and super friendly staff."

"We had a great stay. Awesome place."

"One of the most beautiful hotels I've ever stayed at. The rooms were unique and spacious, the common areas were warm and comfortable, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. This was the highlight of the Azores for me. I'd come back to the Azores simply to stay at this hotel !"
