"This hotel is in the central Auckland. It's easy to walk near by restaurants, Sky tower. If you like to gamble, Casino is in this hotel. We enjoyed our stay here. If you are coming from North America watch the shower area."

"シャワーブース内のシャワーの水圧が低く困りました。 室内用スリッパが有ればよかったと思います。 有料のミネラルウォーターは不要であり、無料のものを置いてほしい。 室内は毎日清潔に保たれていました。"

"Fantastic stay! The hotel is in a great central spot, and our room was clean and well-maintained. The team went above and beyond for our family, sorting out a cot quickly and helping us navigate breakfast choices for our baby. Excellent, accommodating service—highly recommended for families."

"Nice, quiet and sunny studio in a very convenient downtown location. Great value for money, will come back again"

"Clean too with helpful staff"

"The room is clean but the used towels were not taken away."

"Excellent location, friendly staff."

"You really can’t beat the location! We had a room overlooking the water, and there was more than enough space for two people. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. Since we were celebrating our honeymoon, they left us a lovely card and sent up a complimentary dessert, which was such a thoughtful touch. The valet service was also quick and seamless. We would absolutely stay here again if we’re ever back in Auckland!"

"Excellent airport hotel. 24-hour check-in was perfect as we got in at 2am, standard check-out is 11am but we were offered later due to our arrival time. Included buffet breakfast was an unexpected bonus."

"Great location right in the centre of everything."
