"Hotel is great and breakfast one of the best. Main issue is location that is on a very old neighborhood and not so pretty. Otherwise a great hotel and excellent service."

"Staff was great. Elevator broke down, and there was an issue with the hot and cold water"

"I’m so glad that I chose this hotel during our stay in Athens. Each staff member was helpful and extremely accommodating to our needs. This hotel in particular is also in a great spot in terms of walking distance—everything is very close! I felt safe with the doors locking at midnight and someone in the lobby 24/7. The rooms were clean and offered anything that you could need! Highly recommend staying here."

"Beautiful hotel! Kind staff and the restaurant at the rooftop is amazing!!!"

"Great location, large room and nice bathroom. My only negative was the linens (bedding and towels) were, to me, strongly scented and there was a scent also in the hall way. It was not a bad smell, but I had a bit of a sore throat and the perfume irritated it."

"Old hotel in a difficult area"

"Clean, modern, close to airport and other areas."

"I choose this hotel because it was at the airport because it was very convenient. Sofitel is always a very well taken care of hotel easy to get to and from airport"

"Great views from the property, great breakfast, helpful staff, walkable to Acropolis.. parking on site too. Absolutely loved the stay."

"Property was fine for a night stay before a flight out. The free shuttle was the main reason I booked. I would suggest if you have enough of the day I would choose to go to plaka as there isn’t anything to do around the this hotel. But great if it’s your ferry port or a very short stay before flight out. Didn’t love the small two double beds but worked for a night."

"The staff was very kind and helpful, they are replying fast if you need anything"

"If we ever return to Athens, which I hope we do, we’ll definitely be staying here again. The check in was fast, and you can complete it online to make it easier. We arrived a little early but we were able to store our luggage for free which was convenient! Communication with the host/hotel was done through the Expedia app. The room was clean, I loved the balcony, nice shower. The only thing there isn’t a shower door so the floor does get wet. The free breakfast was good, nothing spectacular but...

"Highly recommend 10/10 hotel! Walking distance from everything."

"Next to a 5 Star hotel but this is the same location for much less. Loved it and staff was amazing. Breakfast was included and was delicious. Highly recommended."
