"I strongly disagree with the hotel policy to charge taxes to foreigners and Colombians residing overseas. The law allows foreigners and/or Colombian nationals residing overseas to be exempt from taxes; but the staff charged us the taxes. This is a reputable Hotel and should be up to date with the regulations."
