"Amazing stay with my husband & two Sons. We are from England, so loved the cultural differences in this hotel. Staff were polite & helpful. Location was round the corner from Kyoto Station. Accessible to subway & meeting points for day trips. Traditional breakfast, which was excellent. They even accommodated me, as vegetarian. We loved the traditional Japanese onken & the yakatas provided for us to relax in. I would whole-heartedly recommend this as a fantastic place to stay & a cultural...

"Staff here is super friendly and accommodating to foreigners. The property and restaurants are beautiful. The location is also easily accessible and great to get to public transit for a stay in Tokyo. Rooms are a little small but very nice for what they do offer. Would recommend!"

"Great staff, tidy accomadation, comfy beds and great location"

"Great experience overall!"

"ウラマンの世界観にどっぷり滴り、没入感たっぷりでネイチャーな時間を過ごす事が出来ました。スタッフさんも、笑顔の対応で、写真を撮るのも上手。素晴らしい思い出が出来た事に感謝です。"

"The staff were friendly and efficient. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. They provided skin care, all shower amenities, pajamas(albeit small)/slippers, and tea/coffee. Hotel was convenient because it was close to multiple train stations, convenient stores and restaurants. I used their delivery service to get my luggages to Kyoto and it was an easy and convenient process. I would definitely book here again and I highly recommend."

Furthermore, public transportation is convenient but difficult for non-native speakers to navigate, since...

"We’re really satisfied during the time we stayed !Highly recommend"

"Check in and check out process was quick and pretty easy. Hotel within walking distance of Tokyo Dome and LaQua mall, and surrounding Tokyo Dome City was wonderful. So much to do just outside of the hotel. Having multiple train station entrances within walking distance was convenient. Lawsons convenience store within the hotel was great and staff were very helpful and pleasant. Multiple food courts around the hotel was a bonus!"
