"Amazing stay with my husband & two Sons. We are from England, so loved the cultural differences in this hotel. Staff were polite & helpful. Location was round the corner from Kyoto Station. Accessible to subway & meeting points for day trips. Traditional breakfast, which was excellent. They even accommodated me, as vegetarian. We loved the traditional Japanese onken & the yakatas provided for us to relax in. I would whole-heartedly recommend this as a fantastic place to stay & a cultural...

"Great staff, tidy accomadation, comfy beds and great location"

"Stayed on the 9th floor - elevators were always super quick. I forgot to take a picture but the bathroom smelled super musky and then we noticed by looking at the mirror you could see the reflection of the sink and it was just full of mildew under the rim (I hope not mould but I wasn’t going to look closely at it). 10 washing machines throughout the hotel (2 on every 2nd floor) but one was broken. "2泊3日、夫とファミリーツインルームに泊まりました。洗濯乾燥機、オーブン、キッチンのある部屋で、ダブルベッドとシングルベッドがあり、長期でもステイできると思いました。ウォーターボトルが1人1本毎日提供されるとありましたが、フロントに伝えても提供されませんでした。フロントのスタッフは英語が話せたので、タクシーを呼んでもらったり、レストランを紹介してもらえました。明洞までは地下鉄で1駅のところです。"

"Like the food and drink selection at the lounge. Love the view of the tower. Would prefer the toilet in the separate area instead of together with the bathroom. When booked did not know there is a kitchen in the room, personally not a fan. Although on the high floor, still hear the traffic quite loud at night. Love the swimming pool and hot spring facilities but a bit of a walk from the guest room more for business events hotel. Love the compliment private ride."

"Overall okay to stay good location but very timy rooms"
