"Excellent service"

"Amazing stay with my husband & two Sons. We are from England, so loved the cultural differences in this hotel. Staff were polite & helpful. Location was round the corner from Kyoto Station. Accessible to subway & meeting points for day trips. Traditional breakfast, which was excellent. They even accommodated me, as vegetarian. We loved the traditional Japanese onken & the yakatas provided for us to relax in. I would whole-heartedly recommend this as a fantastic place to stay & a cultural...

"We liked everything except the beds. They that weren’t that comfy. Everything else was good."

"Great staff, tidy accomadation, comfy beds and great location"

"Great experience overall!"

"I would like to be honest! The room smelled of mold; we stayed there the first night but couldn't sleep at all—it was a truly bad experience. They changed our room the next day, and I’d like to thank the staff for that. In terms of value for money, the hotel is poor; the rooms are so tiny that there isn't even space to walk around! "It was very clean Only thing we did not like the airport bus does not stop at the property and bus stop was little far"

"Wonderful all around experience Highly recommend to visitors who want to be away from the nightly bright lights, noise and crowded areas. The subway is steps away if you wanted to visit other areas in Tokyo"

"Shopping"

"I just loved it. Friendly staff, very knowledgeable people, professionals, always willing to help us. Loved the biding atmosphere. Onsen was fantastic close to the all the main seas Pontocho, museums and temple. Most importantly within walking distance to the Kyoto station station. Excellent hotel… highly recommended."
