"Would be 5 stars all round if it wasn’t for the fireplace centrepiece under the TV not working, half of it wouldn’t switch on so one side was lit while the other stayed off and I paid a lot of money on 2 nights in the signature suite for a very special birthday relying on everything to be as advertised. "Stayed here lots, good hotel"

"Room was lovely very spacious and cleaned daily with amenities stocked up. Water temperature and pressure was lovely. Hotel location was ideal with 24 hour reception staff. Hotel was secure and had no problems with noise at all. Only downside was breakfast - continental breakfast was not up to par and not enough options for those who cannot eat full English e.g. bacon, sausages, eggs"

"The hotel was safe, quiet place. With a good view and cozy room. Only missing thing was a convertor for charger which was used and never returned from previous customers. However the staff helped me by telling where to buy."

"Great location, not easy to access, high car park prices."

"The hotel is in a good location about a 15 minute walk from Canterbury Town centre. Nice big clean comfortable rooms. Good food and great staff."

"Room was clean but common areas were in need of repairs and carpet. Reception staff were very friendly and professional too👍"

"I"

"What a little gem of a find. Just a stone’s throw outside Canterbury city centre. Plenty of parking. Breakfast more than adequate. Room warm and spacious. Staff on hand to help if you need them. Will be staying here again when we pop down to Canterbury"

However, street noise during the night can be problematic there was also a problem with the radiator making it unbearably hot during the night. A basic breakfast is provided which may not suite everyone but was just enough to get us started for the day. The staff member on duty was pleasant, friendly and helpful. A nice touch was the discounted and the...
