"The moment we arrived to the Renaissance Wind Creek Aruba Resort it was nothing but complete attention from the staff. The room was pristine. Plenty of shops on property and nearby. The setting of the pool & bar were amazing overlooking the Caribbean Sea. All staff were friendly and helpful. The navigator that booked our excursion was very knowledgeable and helpful from day one! Highly recommend the resort and the beautiful island of Aruba!"

"if you're part of all inclusive package reserve your reservations restaurants before you check in up to 48 hours before you check in as long as you're booked already. You're gonna need the reservations. Some places don't open until 5 PM lunch is only available one or two places. Order more than one entrée you're allowed live it up and fill up"

"This property is not tourist friendly. They speak very little English and they are not helpful. Also, during check in, they gave me no clear directions to where my room was and gave me key cards that don’t work. When asking the towel ppl to call for a shuttle, they did not understand what I was saying resulting in me walking around to find someone to help, especially after traveling for so long. I was pissed."

Special note should be made to how friendly all the staff were. Every time we walked through the lobby the desk workers and doormen made a point to say hello and help us out in any way needed. "There was a roach in the middle of the lobby bar. We originally booked the place and at the last minute they told us the palace was closed so they moved us to Antillas. The restaurants were always full and at capacity so had to eat the buffet every night."

"Beautiful resort. I have no complaints. Family friendly and there’s a bunch of excursions offered complimentary by the resort as well as for a tiny fee on the beach. Mercat’s breakfast was amazing as well. The rooms were very clean and there’s staff was very helpful and friendly. Drinks at the bar weren’t too watered down, they were the right mix (but that’s preference). I recommend!!"

"We have stayed here 4 times. We throughly enjoyed our stay. The new remodeled rooms were so nice. Staff are very friendly. All of the new amenities were great. Our only issue was with Passions on the Beach. The service was slow and the staff never write anything down which causes issues. Lunch is ok but the food is over priced for the quality. I would love to see an overhaul of the staff training when it come to food safety. We saw some very obvious violations. More customer service training for...
