"We had an amazing time at the resort which was amazing. The staff were helpful and accommodating. The shops at the lower level and ferry on site to Flamingo Island was a big plus for us. Thanks again for a perfect holiday. FYI: If you’re renting a car there isn’t any parking at the adult property. You would need to park in the family ocean property and walk or shuttle to your rental."

"Ocean view rooms are not exactly ocean view. Most of them look at pool or beach chairs. Breakfast and dinner buffet is quite limited in options. Book restaurant reservation in advance. Staff is really good and accommodating."

"Property was relatively clean. 3rd time here & sadly I have to say the beach is not as clean as it was our first time. We were in the Palm tower overlooking the parking lot & asked to be moved to the courtyard or pool view. Spoke to the manager & she did not move us. For the cost of our stay I was very disappointed. Staff is very courteous especially Renaldo. Rooms very clean & housekeeping did a great job. Would return."

The beach and property are gorgeous, and you're within easy walking distance of so many great restaurants, shops, and things to do. We had such a wonderful time and can't wait to come back. "BEACH — 1/5: The beach is poorly maintained, with rusty nails, glass, branches, sharp debris and large stones in the water that resemble construction waste. The loungers are extremely cheap and uncomfortable, with no cushions or head pillows—only stained towels that blow away in the wind. Umbrellas are not repositioned as the sun moves, and the loungers are placed so close together that there is no privacy. The first rows are “reserved” with towels from 8 a.m. until evening, even when guests are...
