"Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The rooms were not very clean, and housekeeping was extremely inconsistent. Some days the bathroom was cleaned, while other days it was barely touched. "The resort is composed by different buildings and some of them are quite old and not well maintained. After asking the reception to have a room change, as ours was terrible to be honest, we were relocated to another more modern building and the whole experience changed significantly. "The food was excellent. We enjoyed all of the restaurants and were also pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food at the buffet restaurants. The one thing that made our experience unpleasant was the allowance of guests being able to reserve chairs at the pool or beach with towels. Guests would go early, put towels down, have breakfast, go on an excursion and come back in late afternoon for the chairs. "Infinity pool was amazing - could see the ocean beyond. Friendly & helpful staff. Very touristy area - great if you don't mind crowds and higher food prices. Close to beach & ok restaurants. We liked the free parking but didn't need to drive much there vs Eagle Beach. The majority of the tv channels were in Spanish which we only noticed in the afternoon when we came in to escape the heat. But you're there for the beach right?"

"The room was big beautiful and spotless. It had everything we needed from dish soap and sponges to an entire clothes rack for our bathing suits, etc. the grounds were gorgeous, pool was perfect, location excellent. Beach is also beautiful. Service at passions was a bit slow but that is my only tiny complaint. Front desk people were a pleasure to speak with. We loved it!"
