"My first time with this resort. I was impressed. The room, the staff, the service, the whole experience was great. The room on the ocean/family side was clean, spacious, great pool view, very comfortable. The staff i encountered, from checking in, to house keeping, the attendants at the pool and restaurants- all great! I would recommend to others and will return again for future stays!"

"Overall my husband and I enjoyed our stay. The staff at front desk was very helpful especially Darianne and Kimberly. We had requested a 2nd floor balcony garden room and upon checking in Darianne saw notes from when I called to request and was able to fulfill. The room was clean… bed comfortable. "The resort was very clean, but had limited things to do after dark. This is a very family oriented resort. Great for families but very limited for adults only. Confusing how some areas were all inclusive, but others were not. Margot’s was awesome to eat at, but everywhere else was at best average. The shuttle between Divi and Tamarijn was a long wait depending on the times. A lot of the drivers would “hide” so that the wait was longer than necessary. "Check in was quick however they did not notify us that our room was ready as they said they would and i made several trips to the front desk to see if it was ready. I did not get a key to my room until 5pm. The property was nice and the rooms were very spacious however we didn't have hot water in our original unit and the unit we moved to had an ant infestation near the kitchen/ living room."

"Spacious rooms and comfortable bedd and pillows. Staff is very helpful. Hotel is not on the beach, a 5 minute walk to the beach. Chairs and umbrellas on the beach need an upgrade. They are very run down and uncomfortable. We were able to check in earlier, but unable to get a late check out, even though the hotel was empty, we were looking for a 12pm check out instead of 11am."

"having a locked door in our apartment that was someone else' room was a bit odd. the phone in our apartment did not work even to call the front desk. There was only hot water in the shower, it is hard to bathe a toddler when cold water would only come out in the beginning for only a few seconds. It would then go straight to hot, did not matter how much we tried to adjust it."

"The hotel was very nice. The beach was fantastic. The Casino is very small. Remember when visiting Aruba that when you go out to eat/drink, when you get your bill there is a "service fee" of 15-20% on top of the bill. This is the gratuity. We learned after we were there for three days that we were double tipping because we did not notice this. This is at about 80% of the restaurants. Also, it is well worth it to go on the pirate ship snorkeling ship at Moomba beach, those guys are AMAZING!!!!"
