"All the staff were terrific EXCEPT the housekeeper. The floors were FILTHY. My last 2 days 6/23/26 & 6/24/26 -my bed was not made, no replacement of bath towels, kitchen towels for drying, hand towels, AND bath mats to step on. * I didn't call the desk, as I thought there might be a staffing issue for a day. On 6/24 I didn't get back to my suite until 9pm and found my bed unmade again, I had to reuse a washcloth, there was no bath mat towel. I was given a suite because I am disabiled...

"Worst experience at a Riu. Key card to our room did not work after an hour of back and forth our key card finally let us in. The TV is not a smart TV. It does not connect to internet. Can not access YouTube or Netflix. Requested for birthday balloons, no setup was done for my finances birthday. Was requested multiple times."

"Great quick visit. The pools were fantastic, along with the grounds. They have an adult-only infinity pool in the main building on the roof. The restaurant up there had a great breakfast too. The room was large and clean. It does not have high-end finishes, but it looks bright and is still worth the visit, especially for the price. It isn't directly on the beach, but it's a very short walk (no more than 5 minutes) or a quick shuttle ride. It is very close to lots of shopping and restaurants."

"Yes this was a very clean property the pool area was clean and a pretty set up.the rooms were also clean. The breakfast buffet was amazing all you can eat good hot meal and coffee. Staff is very nice. Management works with you with any issue until you’re happy. The area is a walking distance to all the restaurants , overall we had a wonderful stay. The beach was a plus they take you anytime you wish it’s few minutes away. The restaurants are very expensive to eat take extra cash. Hahaha 😂"
