"Great stay"

"All inclusive package limits you to certain beverages and limitations on restaurant menu options. Does not include room service. Not a lot to do in the area. swim up bar at family side does not make sense. Buffet was just ok. Only good food options were at the bar. Housekeeping needed to be called even though on our floor. Glad we saw visited but likely would not return."

"I"

"I stayed at this resort from 10/25-10/29 in the Elite suites and I have no complaints. My television wasn’t working correctly and they promptly replaced both televisions in the room (the suite has a living room as well). We utilized the spa and had a couples massage, the staff were attentive and polite. Food was good as well. The place is really clean! I felt like I was in paradise. Staff were OUTSTANDING"

"Staff was helpful and answered any concerns and questions. All the restaurants were excellent…. Delicious entrees and friendly and accommodating staff"

"Staff was very friendly, room was clean, food was good."

"Great stay. Loved it. Awesome break. If I had to list some negatives, the AC was way too cold everywhere and you had to pay for coffee at the breakfast buffet. But overall 5/5"

"Perfect for our family of 5. All the offered amenities were perfect!"

"Great place to stay"

"JD is a great server at the pool!"

"Beautiful"

"Loved the complimentary pool / beach reservations. And I was able to upgrade at the adult pool to pool side. The staff was very kind and helpful. Oscar and Marlene at the adult pool were very engaging and friendly. The property is very clean and walking distance to restaurants and shopping, either along the beach or sidewalks. There are many activities organized each day from yoga or Pilates to cooking and Roulette 101. I would highly recommend going to the Hyatt in Aruba."

"Everything was 10/10"

"The Privada team was absolutely AMAZING from the owner to housekeeping to maintenance."
