"Rooms outdated and small"

"If you are going to the Grand Canyon, you definitely need to stay at one of the properties inside the park. Maswik Lodge was a perfect spot for our trip. So convenient and walkable to the nearby trail and restaurants. "

"We had 2 rooms booked which included 3 tvs. None of the tvs worked. The repair person wasn’t coming until after our 5 day staff. Extremely disappointed!!!! They only offered a resort fee of $113. Very dissatisfied!"

"What a gem! Day trip down from Phoenix to do some hiking and this was great! Bed was comfortable, pool was really nice, gym looked great. We will be back!"

"Wanted to use the pool but there was so much goose poop in the water it was gross. The showers for the pool were not close to hotel for ease of access. Suggest that they put a net over the pool (like they do in Florida) to keep the birds out. It would also help if there was a door closer to the Uber lift area instead of walking from the hotel to the main door and then to the Uber area. Could eliminate 1000 yards of walking by doing this. But overall my group had a very good time there and would stay again."

"The property around the room was duty, we had problems flushing the toilet, the shower water was cold, they have plastic underneath the sheets of your bed, the tv very old. The staff were very helpful and polite though. "

"The bathroom had lots of ants we had to get out. No microwave, room not super clean but it was ok for price. "
