"Helpful staff"

"A equipe do hotel sempre foi muito prestativa, atenciosa e preocupada com o bem estar dos hospedes."

"Hotel was located in center of town with an easy stroll to high street where you can shop, eat and drink. Hotel comes with spa and pool (not heated) Room is nicely fitted with luxury feel. Good bedding and quiet. Bathroom is modern with power shower. Perfect for a rest and rejuvenate ahead of your adventures around atacama desert !"

"Hotel is nice and most rooms have sea view. It is far from restaurants and it has some rundown properties around. No direct acces to beach. Service ok but they could not solve Vat excepción as most hotels in chile."

"The staff was fabulous. They made my stay a 5-star experience. The property was exceptionally clean. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and included made to order items. I had the bad luck of going to San Pedro during one of the few times in which there were cloudy skies and rain. I was quite disappointed. Stargazing was the primary purpose of my trip. The staff was very helpful and suggested other activities for me. They showed genuine concern about making my trip...

"Ottimo"

"Friendly staff - 1 struggle w English, other 2 very good. Guess Owner, old lady always there with smile, she can’t speak English. Free coffee and tea and water at reception through out the day. Check out 6.30am and simple take away breakfast (sandwich ham w cheese n drinks n snacks) ready."

"Excelente comida, atendimento 10 pontos! Tudo maravilhoso"

"great staff, nice hotel"

"Location was amazing. I was originally worried that it would be noisy because it’s so central, but it was quiet. The staff were AMAZING! I chatted with Christian a lot which made me change up our itinerary a little bit and it was definitely for the best. The pool was bit too cold for me since we went in May (felt like a cold plunge the one time I went), but it was still nice to lay out. Absolutely recommend this location."

"Staff very helpful and friendly, although no English. Happy to converse using translation tools. Swimming pool was closed due to it being winter, which I didn’t reslise when I booked. A couple of times there was no water, no electricity and no wifi, but staff worked to resolve the issue. Breakfast was very good and there was free tea, coffee and iced drinking water available all day. I didn’t have supper at the hotel but did have some drinks at the bar by the open fire which was welcoming...

"The staff was fabulous. They were ready to help in any way needed."

"Hotel excelente pero aconsejo que"

"I enjoyed my stay here. The manager and staff were very hospitable & made my stay a pleasant one. It's also located quite close to shops & restaurants"

"Tolles Frühstück, sehr schöner Garten mit viel Platz zum chillen und einem sehr sauberen Pool - nicht geheizt, aber sehr erfrischend (ca. 18°C)"

"Traditional Chilean vibe. Food in restaurant excellent. Staff very friendly. Recommended."

"Melhor experiência em um hotel que poderia existir !"

"O hotel é realmente novo, os quartos são bons e as instalações são boas porem ele não é um hotel de quatro ou cinco entrelas como anunciado. Boa parte dos dias o hotel ficou completamente escuro a noite, dependia da lanterna do celular para acessar o meu veiculo e circular nas areas do hotel, o café da manhã é extremamente simples com pão, queijo, presunto e ovo somente. No dia do checkout ficamos sem energia e não pude nem tomar banho para sair"
