"This house is in a great location between a good grocery store and Christiansted. My wife and I arrived on a later flight from the US, which meant that we were 'cutting it close' after stopping for groceries and getting to the house before dark. As is typical of Caribbean islands: driving directions (esp. for the 'last mile') to the house are a little bit sketchy. I submitted an addition to Google Maps (download them ahead of time so you don't need cell service) for the house number. Time will...

"The host was right, this location was easy to get to almost anywhere on the island. The host also was very helpful in recommending places to go, to eat and activities that were happening only that week while we were there. The house was spacious, well equipped, clean and we felt like we were on our own retreat while there, but could be in town or to go most any locatios in minutes if we wanted to be around people and sights. The host provided information, maps, etc. at the house to look through...

"Everything about the Buccaneer was an absolute dream! The rooms, the beaches, the food and especially the staff. Everyone there and in St. Croix in general were the kindest, happiest people we have come across. They went above and beyond to make sure you had anything you needed. The water on the beaches are crystal clear and calm, the entertainment was amazing and the golf course is beautiful, full of ocean views and wildlife.
