"Beautiful and interesting decor inside. Lovely Piano bar and plenty of seating. Our room was a 0.1 mile walk from reception via a quirky subterranean tunnel that was decorated with mosaics, fountains, statues etc. Took a couple of journeys to learn the route but with stairs, those rooms would not be suited to all. Some noise from passers by at night but that is not within the hotel’a control. . We would stay again. Breakfast excellent and staff very helpful and courteous"

"The hotel itself is lovely and the room but the windows are shocking so you can hear all the traffic all night long!!!"

"Todo muy bien 👍"

"The breakfast was very good and served at the table by very pleasant waitress. The bed was comfortable. The reception staff were very helpful and they took care of luggage until we left several hours after checking out . We did have a drink on the terrace bar which also was very well attended just ring the bell. The WiFi signal for the hotel internet was also strong . Overall the ambiance was extremely relaxing. Thanks for a great stay"

"Nice lobby, pool was great to cool off after tons of exploring. The hotel is much more dated than photos indicate. The room smelled weird but AC mostly got rid of it at least enough to get used to it and sleep ok"

"This hotel always have excellent staff in all their areas, specially in the Breakfast Restaurant! The less friendly staff is usually at the check-in but during the night shift. We are remodeling our house in Benalmadena and we always stay here as well as friend and family!"

"Muy amable el personal y muy buen desayuno"

"A great hostel. Someone had taken a shower and left a mess and it wasn’t cleaned up but honestly for a few short nights the pod was ideal. Met a lot of great people here and staff was SO nice. Esp Esteban"

"Not an expected Sheraton hotel standard at all. The staff are helpful, the place is clean. However, it is very tiny, the lobby is very very small, the help desk area as well, same for the room and the bathroom. Usually, in four points sheraton I find everything I need, but this one no slippers, no sewing kits (even after I asked for) no other essential kits. Only Shampoo and lotion and I found one empty already when entered the room. The location is convenient, since it is closed to the train...

"Great location with a staff that couldn’t be more helpful. The breakfast was wonderful and dinner a delight."

"The hotel is on the outskirts of the city, however, there are plenty of e-bikes and taxis around. The room was spacious and clean. The blinds are blackout however there is some light that enters through the side and bottom of the blinds, which can be an issue for sensitive sleepers. We were there for a wedding and there was a limited amount of steam irons available which I found annoying as they constantly wanted the irons back. Breakfast was good with a decent variety of options."
