"The room was clean, however, they ran out of hand soap, which I found odd for a hotel that size. They did provide us with shower gel. The location is excellent, especially if you’re going on the train tour."

"Worst breakfast I ever had in a hotel. All food was cold and on flimsy plates. Couldn’t understand staff because of accent."

"The room was good, but the common areas could have been much better maintained. Considering the overall condition of the property and the level of maintenance, I don’t think the price per night was worth it. The room itself was fine, but the rest of the property didn’t really match the price they were charging."

"It was super clean and comfortable but the microwave didnt work."

"We arrived much later than originally planned, so can't tell you much about the surroundings. It was quiet and clean though. The queen-size bed was very comfortable. The bathroom showerhead may need some adjustment - not a strong spray. Really appreciated the Food Truck just a few meters from our door. Wonderful service and excellent food. Thanks!"

"Great hotel to stay in Sault Ste Marie which is very nice to explore, walk around, etc."

"Clean, quiet, helpful nighttime staff."

"Exactly what it says it is …. It is!!! Pets welcome too!!! Bonus"

"Marginally clean. TV would not work."

"Very comfortable bed! Plenty of floor space. Friendly staff"

"muy costoso por el tipo de hotel . la limepieza deja mucho que desear"
