"Una de las mejores experiencias que he tenido en un hotel. El personal sumamente preparado para dar lo mejor siempre"

"Walking distance to all Gasteiz places we wanted to see. They have a nice breakfast selection before we began our busy days. Rooms were clean but hot. They turn off the AC in the shoulder seasons. Opening window helps, but there is a lot of street noise. Room has fridge (minibar—pay for what you take), a safe, and a small electric water kettle with tea and instant coffee packets. "Very nice place for in an upcoming neighborhood."

"Todo bien"

"Ok"

"Fantastic location. Beautiful room overlooking the square."

"Este tipo de hoteles son muy básicos en espacio y lo que ofrecen adicionalmente. Son prácticos si es la zona en la que quieres estar, que no siempre son las zonas turísticas."

"Great apartments. Loads of space and really well equipped. Being over 60 we struggled a bit initially with the online registration process, but fortunately there was someone on hand at reception to guide us. Welcome pack with water and milk was a nice touch. try and ask for a room at the back of the hotel as the main road is quite noisy at the front from early morning."

"Très bien"

"Apartamento sencillo, limpio aunque un poco ruidoso. Desayuno completo. Bien para estancias cortas."

"Un hotel excepcional, el trato del personal y las instalaciones son excelentes"

"The best night's stay we had on our entire journey through Spain. The hotel itself is very charming, beautifully renovated and updated while maintaining its 17th century charm. Javier and Rosemary were extremely accommodating - we arrived late, but they greeted us, and we were given a private viewing of the bodega/cellar in he morning. It was such a treat to see this small-scale winemaking operation. Breakfast was delicious. We plan to come back!"

"Excelente en todos los aspectos"
