"I enjoyed my stay overall, and the hotel was a nice place to stay during my business trip to San Francisco. However, my main concern was the noise level. The hallways carried a lot of sound, and conversations echoed, making it difficult to rest.
Before my arrival, I specifically requested a quiet room away from elevators and ice machines because I am a light sleeper. Unfortunately, my room was located fairly close to an ice machine, and I could hear it operating throughout the night.
I understand that some noise is unavoidable, but I would have appreciated more consideration of my room preferences. Overall, my experience was good, and I hope the hotel takes these requests into consideration for future guests."
