"Love the lazy river pool and the pool bar."

"This was a perfect little beach hotel for my family of four and the omelet station in the mornings was to die for! Only reason for four stars and not five is the bed was so uncomfortable. My husband and I both had sore backs by the end of the trip. But you truly can’t get any closer to the beach and the pool was clean as well!"

"Room was fine, beach was a short walk could use some up date but for the price it was great would stay again"

"Clean room, comfortable, lots of storage, beautifully decorated and plenty of towels. Beautiful views of the beach. Breakfast was delicious and self serve. Staff was friendly and helpful. Fitness center was clean and well supplied for workouts. The beach was beautiful, we had excellent weather conditions during our stay."

"Everything was pretty good, but if you are going to have on your website poor bar it needs to be a poor bar to stay open longer everyone doesn't go to be early we on vacation."

"Very clean hotel and room, and conveniently located to the beach, a 15-minute walk."

"I stayed at this property for a conference. The support staff was extremely attentive to details to make sure all attendees stayed comfortable and enjoyed their time there. The front desk staff was very friendly and fun to converse with. The breakfast staff was personable and kind, making sure everything was up to par and satisfactory. My only complaint was the bedding had an odor, the floor was dirty (I remove my shoes upon entering), and I found a pretzel from a previous guest on the floor...

"The first night they put us in a handicap room. Which is fine but We aren’t handicap and didn’t ask for that room. There was just a flat floor for the shower but when in use the water ran across bathroom floor and behind toilet. I could see mold around the edges in bathroom. Also ac unit was extremely loud and the whole room smelled musty and moldy. After the first night we asked to switch rooms and they let us which is good. The ac unit was quieter in the Second room but the whole room still...

"Great location next to The Wharf. Lots of restaurants within a short walk"

"Owners / management are investing in updates, but attention needs to be focused on housekeeping and cleaning of rooms, bathrooms (mold & mildew in shower), AC filters, elevators, floors all were dirty. Fantastic & new fresh brewed coffee machine in lobby & healthy chobani yogurt & fresh fruit options at breakfast."

"I traveled with my wife and kids. Expedia messed up on our reservation, but the ladies at the front desk helped us out. Becareful booking out with expedia as they will tell you a "view," but really that view is of the parking lot, not the beach. Again, the front desk services helped us out and as usual, this property knocks it out of the park. The location is great. Right on the beach with a private beach (that now comes with beach chairs and an umbrella). We spent time on the beach and then...

"It was difficult finding the only driveway to the facility"

"Wonderful view of the beach, room clean, and close to walk to many tourist areas. The beds were comfy and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly reecommend."

"Didnt like no fan in bathroom"

"Highly recommend. Excellent staff and well maintained hotel. It’s the only place we stay in Orange Beach."

"Everything about this trip was as perfect. In fact, they were perfect last and that is the reason we chose this location again."
