"Only 1 working elevator. Immediately as you walk into the room you notice a lot of wasted empty space. Made me wonder what used to be there. Then you notice the only closet has been stuffed with a useless armoire type contraption making hanging clothes near impossible. The bathroom was plain and dated. Had rust stains in the tub and on all of the fixtures. The bed was decent. Pillows were useless , they literally deflated when I laid my head down. The only non-office type chair looked like it...

"Clean, beach view, staff was great. Wish they had a fan in the bathroom."

"Such a clean resort, room and great staff members. Will be back and will stay longer than just a day."

"The hotel is nice. No issues there. The thermostat in the room did not work. It was very cold. I even switched it to heat and it remained at 66 degrees. It felt like a meat locker. Our friends stayed there too and their room had the same issue. The breakfast was mediocre. Adequate but not outstanding. My main issue is my wife slipped on water in the bathroom. We have no idea where it came from. We tried to call the front desk and the phone in the room didn’t work. Why have a phone if...

"Rooms were very clean and bigger than we were expecting, and the view of the water from our room was nice as well… The restaurant downstairs, Mile Marker 158, was excellent, and the prices were very reasonable!"

"The staff were very friendly and helpful regarding questions about the area . That info was important because they did close the Bridge by noon . If we go back we will stay at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites IGH on Rt 59 Gulf Shores ,Alabama . Aside from all that it is...

"Everything about this trip was as perfect. In fact, they were perfect last and that is the reason we chose this location again."

"The pool and balcony furniture was new. So nice. I enjoyed my morning coffee on the balcony. Coffee pot and coffee is provided in your room. Carpet in the room looked new also."

"It was difficult finding the only driveway to the facility"
