"I had a reservation for two rooms, they were clean BUT the TV didn’t work on both rooms, the attendent had to change remote controls for both. In one of the rooms, they had to unplugged the shower drain and replaced the shower head. In the other room the heater didn’t work at all and at night the room was cold, plus the room’s phone never worked. The included breakfast every morning was delicious."
